Carolina Custom Sound consistently provides timely and excellent service. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, pleasant, and explain the issues and fixes well. Chris Fredette, the business owner, is likewise good to work with. When the situation allows, he will work with me to fix issues over the phone avoiding the need for a service call.
